If you are inside the members area and you're trying to access a program, which takes you back to the login screen - there could be (2) reasons for this:
1. Your session has been left unattended and therefore timed out for security purposes, so if this is the case, just sign right back in and try again.
2. It could be you're trying to go to an area you don't have access to (perhaps you haven't purchased the program area, or it could be a technical glitch). Either way, if you feel you should have access and don't, please contact our customer support team and tell us the email address you're using to log in to your account along with the members area you're having difficulty accessing, and we can then investigate further.
