For many years we provided information on the Raw Food Diet and how we used this lifestyle choice as a way to heal our young son Jaro.
Once we saw the difference in him, we became very passionate about sharing our story and message about the amazing health benefits of eating raw foods, and we developed a business called The RawfoodFamily.
However despite our enthusiasm and passion for eating raw foods, and including them in our own diet, this doesn't make us doctors or health professionals and we're unable to give you advice for this reason.
We can however tell you what we do, which is as follows:
- We drink a lot of Green Juices and Smoothies.
- We eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables.
- We eat a primarily whole foods "high raw" food diet, which includes some steamed veggies, and whole grains.
- We avoid gluten, meat and most dairy.
- We get regular exercise, and particularly enjoy Yoga.
- We spend as much time as we can in the sunshine and in nature.
It's our personal belief that this way of eating and living will greatly contribute to the healing process with a multitude of ills, and keep you in good health in most situations, and although we can't answer your health questions, or provide any advice on what you should or shouldn't be eating in your unique circumstances, we can provide you with a number of places we like to browse that may be of help to you.
