Why am I getting a fuzzy screen / low sound quality on the webinar?

If you're experiencing a low quality webinar, try any of the following which may apply to you:

  • Close some of your programs or browser windows.
  • Check that there aren't too many devices using your internet connection, disconnect any where possible.
  • Check your internet connection speed, Google automatically throttles the broadcast resolution according to the internet connection speed, so this may be impacting the quality of the webinar you're seeing.
